Version 2020-01-30 -- Visual and Audio Updates

Here's the first update to Valence!

The big focus of this release was updating the appearance of the existing levels and trying to decide what sort of artistic feeling the game should have.

A bit of music and ambience has been added too, as well as a simple title screen.

I'm still trying to settle on whether Valence should be an entirely straightforward "complete this level, move on to the next" sort of game or if it should be a more open adventure; hopefully in the next update I'll be able to add some content that clearly drives the game in one of those directions.
